All users must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to use.

 

This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the user accepts that the Landowner maintains control and possession of the Dog Exercise Field at all times.

 

The Landowner accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property.

We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the user during the use of the Field.​

Use of the Field shall be entirely at your own risk.

​

Any damages made to the property must be paid for by the user.

​

Please inform us of any damage.

​

​Scentral park is for hire by the general public only. It is not for business hire such as dog trainers/dog walkers/home boarders.

​

No dogs subject to a Control Order or banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act must be brought to our premises, we do not have the required insurance or specification.

​

​The field is to be used as a area for the user to exercise dogs and for no other purpose. 

 

All vehicles are parked at your own risk. A maximum of 2 vehicles and 4 persons (of any size) per booking.

​

Please adhere to the safety notices at all times to keep you and your dogs safe.

​

You must not use the facility if your dog is showing any signs of ill-health such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or any other potentially contagious ailments. All dogs must be up to date with annual vaccinations and be regularly wormed.

 

​​No choke chains, electric collars or harsh training methods to be used in the field.

 

In making a booking, you agree that visiting dogs will be accompanied by their owners at all times.

Dogs should not be left unattended in the field.

​

All bookings are subject to availability.

​

Bookings and payments can only be made using the website and booking system. The person making the booking must be present and ensure that everyone attending understands and adheres to the terms & conditions. Subletting the field is not permitted.

​

Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email. The email will contain the date and time of your booking. If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your ‘junk’ inbox. If you do not receive an email confirmation the field is NOT booked.

​

You will receive the entry code for the field via email 2 hours before your session starts. Please check junk/spam folders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you haven't received your code. Scentralpark22@gmail.com

Cancellation policy. You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your booked slot. Appointments can be rescheduled once, misuse of this facility will result in your membership being cancelled. regrettably there will be no refunds. In the event of extreme weather conditions bookings may be amended at our discretion.

We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. 

​

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that any contact details you share or payment information will be processed securely using SSL encryption within the Wix website platform and the other functions required to process your booking or communicate with you. We will responsibly handle your data and may contact you to inform of any changes to our terms, details regarding field usage, safety information or suchlike. ​

On approach to Scentral park please be aware of pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles using Lock Lane. The lane is single track with a 10 mph speed limit. When arriving if a vehicle is leaving the facility please wait as there is no passing place on the lane.

​

Use of the field is subject to a maximum of 2 vehicles being present in the designated car park for the duration of your booking.

​

​The car park has a height barrier of 2 metres. If your vehicle exceeds this height and you wish to drive into the car park please contact us prior to your visit so it can be opened for your arrival.

​

When opening the car park gates please ensure the drop bolts are securely down in their keepers down to prevent them swinging back. 

​

No exercising of dogs in the car park, it is for the unloading and loading of dogs only. 

​

Please ensure the field and all car park gates are closed after use.

​

The field is appointment only and you have exclusive use of the field, so there are no other people or dogs inside the field or car park while you are using the field.

 

Please do not arrive early for your booking or leave late, we allow a ten minute buffer for ourselves, this is our time to carry out a field inspection, for free flow traffic and to avoid congestion on the access road. 

​

Do not enter the car park before your allocated time slot. Please note that not all clients drive to the park, the field could still be in use.

 

Please leave enough time at the end and start of each appointment to allow you time to leave before the other person arrives. If your dog is difficult to catch please bear this in mind. You must leave the car park before the next appointment starts.

 

If you arrive late to your appointment, you must still leave on time.

If you arrive for your appointment and feel the field is unsafe/dangerous for any reason. We advise that you do not use the field and contact us straight away.

​

The field has 2 metre high fences, However, if your dog is able to jump high fences the field will not be totally secure. We DO NOT take responsibility for lost dogs.

​

It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is locked whilst they are in the field.

​

Children must be supervised at all times.

​

Please be aware that the field is a natural landscape. The ground is uneven in places and caution must be taken, it is advised to wear sensible and appropriate footwear to suit the grounds and conditions.

​

Users must inspect the field and equipment on arrival to ensure it is safe, secure and suitable for use.

​

We operate a NO SMOKING OR VAPING policy within our field, the gated parking area and the waiting area. Cigarettes can be a danger to land especially during the summer months. Discarded cigarettes are unsightly and a health risk to dogs if picked up and eaten. VAPING liquid is highly toxic and dangerous to dogs.

​

Please do not let your dogs dig holes in the dog park.

​

Within the dog park there are a number of mature trees. Please be aware that although every effort has been taken to prune and maintain these trees, there is a natural risk of falling branches. We accept no liability for any damages incurred as a result of this. 

​

Please do not climb the fences, gate, trees or any equipment.

​

At no time should your dogs be tethered to any structure, fencing, posts, gates etc.

​

Please bring your own dog toys if you require them. We do have some that you are welcome to use. Please return them to the bucket after use  and not scattered around the field.

​

Please clear up after your dog, use poo bags and place in the bin provided or take it home with you. Please take your toys and litter home with you so the field is ready for the next appointment.

​

Please ensure the tap is turned off when leaving.

​

Please note that the gate MUST be locked behind you.​

​

​The landowner reserves the right to refuse a booking.

​
